Avocado Toast

STEP 1

Smash the ripe avocado with a fork, add some fresh lemon juice, pinch of salt and pepper (chili or garlic is optional for spicer taste).

STEP 2

Cut one tomato and spring onion in small pieces, lay the smashed avocado spread on your toast or bagel, sprinkle  richly with tomatoes, feta cheese and spring onion.

STEP 3

Finish with freshly ground pepper and some lemon juice.
